Job summary

VIQU Limited in Milton Keynes is seeking an Application Support Team Lead to guide 2nd/3rd line teams. You will stay hands-on with SQL queries and C# debugging while mentoring four to five senior staff and driving incident response.

The role blends technical leadership with people management within a growing SaaS environment, offering a hybrid work model and a salary up to £52,000 plus a bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on SQL skills, escalation point for support teams.
• Debugging experience, C# ideally, but transferable language accepted.
• Third-line application or software support experience.
• Experience with Azure or AWS.
• Some technical people-leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Leading resolution on complex technical tickets across the SaaS platform.
• Writing and troubleshooting complex SQL queries.
• Debugging across a range of programming languages.
• Leading incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Managing, coaching and developing four-to-five senior technical staff.
• Providing technical insight into Product and Engineering teams to help steer the roadmap of the product lines.
