Job summary

SR2 | Socially Responsible Recruitment | Certified B Corporation™ is seeking an Application Support professional to join their expanding UK team. This role is foundational as the support function builds out, offering the chance to define processes and shape the team.

As a key point of contact, you’ll resolve incidents, manage service requests, and support users while collaborating with L2/L3 teams. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience in application support and be eligible for UK Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years experience within Application Support, Technical Support or Systems Support.
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of incident management and SLA environments.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for application support and technical issues.
• Investigating and resolving incidents across live systems.
• Managing service requests in a structured, SLA driven environment.
