• A technical engineering background or relevant technical experience.
• Experience within applications engineering, technical support, technical sales or account management.

• A commercially minded and proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities
• The ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process
• Review and interpret engineering specifications and understand customer application requirements.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and solutions where appropriate.
• Take ownership of nominated key accounts with more complex technical requirements.
• Manage complex customer orders through the business, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
