There's a great opportunity to join the support team at an established company working on helping their clients in installing their product software and working through faults, collaborating with the development team.
You will be working in a team of 6, gaining knowledge of the software product. Clients are pharmaceutical companies based in the United States and Europe.
The role offers flexible working hours with core hours between 9am and 4pm, hybrid arrangement with 2 days in the Bristol office and 3 days working from home, additional on call pay and great opportunity for travel.
