We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team. You'll be on a permanent, full-time contract, working 36 hours per week. This is an 12 month secondment position reporting to the Application Support Manager.

This is a great opportunity for someone with:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to relay technical information to non-technical users and elicit users'
needs.
- Excellent analytical capability with the ability to methodically evaluate information
and develop recommendations.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of processes and operating practice (i.e. ITIL / IT Service Management
experience)
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for upskilling service desk personnel to increase first time fix SLA'S to include analysis and diagnosis of application errors.
You will:
- Be responsible for long- and short-term problem resolution.
- Identify organisational need for new applications and potential enhancements and support the implementation of applications including testing and integrating new applications.
To be considered for the position of Application Support Analyst, you'll need:
- Experience with operating or supporting corporate and business systems including M365, Dynamics, SharePoint
- A good understanding of Workflow design and implementation
- Previous experience of supporting and managing operational systems (Facilities Management, Asset Management, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources or Customer Relationship Management).
- Experience in handling and prioritising incidents, requests and problems
The majority of your time will be spent in Swindon but travel to sites, some in remote locations, will be required with the occasional overnight stay.
1st Interviews (virtual via Teams) will be held week commencing 27th May.
2nd Interviews (face to face) will be held 4th and 5th June.
