Position Overview:

As an Application Engineer, you will support the Business Development team and contribute to strategic projects integrating Roboze technology into customer production workflows. You will work closely with the Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Digital Production teams, gaining industry experience while developing technical and strategic skills.

Your tasks will include:

1. Supporting the identification and engagement of key stakeholders in aerospace, automotive, and motorsport industries to expand the company’s network and market understanding.
2. Assisting in developing relationships to facilitate the adoption of additive manufacturing solutions in these sectors.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support initiatives.
4. Contributing to research and analysis for strategic projects focused on advancing additive manufacturing technologies.
5. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive improvements and innovation.
6. Identifying opportunities for parts replacement and process optimization using additive manufacturing technologies.
7. Participating in industry conferences, webinars, and events to learn and represent the company.
8. Creating technical documentation and content to support customer education.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, or related fields)—students or recent graduates are welcome.
• A strong interest in additive manufacturing and aerospace applications.
• Basic knowledge of CAD modeling software (experience with additive manufacturing is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Good communication skills and willingness to engage in technical discussions with guidance.
• Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a collaborative attitude.
