Job Title: Application Engineer
Salary: Up to £60k basic, £70k OTE
Location: Kettering
Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Your tasks:

1. Support sales, after-sales, and service turnover activities.
2. Be a member of the international Tech Support Competence Centre.
3. Take responsibility for service turnover in your country.
4. Work with the company’s ticket system following standards.
5. Focus on project support for sales and commissioning.
6. Sell services and fulfill service commitments at customer sites.
7. Support sales activities at customer sites as needed.
8. Conduct feasibility studies in the laboratory to support the local sales team in sensor and machine vision technology.
9. Provide on-site customer training in software and hardware.

Your profile:

• A completed technical qualification.
• Prior knowledge in electrical engineering/automation industry.
• 3-5 years of experience in sensors, cameras (machine vision), and safety technology is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and service-oriented personality.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
