As a Delivery Advisor within Anaplan’s Supply Chain Center of Excellence, you will ensure our Supply Chain Applications delivery is consistent, scalable, and aligned with our standards of quality. You will focus on realizing our customers’ business process needs through effective implementation of Supply Chain applications. This role combines deep Supply Chain Planning expertise, familiarity with implementing planning tools (including Anaplan or other solutions), and extensive knowledge of our Supply Chain Applications to support professional services colleagues and partners in their implementation efforts.

Your key activities include shaping implementation approaches, leading documentation and content delivery, enabling internal and external teams, and providing on-call business process expertise. You will guide product features, validate implementation plans, monitor implementations, and incorporate feedback into future versions and new applications.

This role requires excellent collaboration skills, a deep understanding of Supply Chain Planning use cases, Applications expertise, Professional Services experience, and an innovative mindset with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Professional Services, and GTM Enablement Teams to ensure seamless integration of Supply Chain Applications into Anaplan’s go-to-market and delivery processes by:
• Serving as the subject matter expert for Applications, guiding effective implementation strategies.
• Developing and overseeing enablement programs, including training, guides, and documentation for internal and partner use. Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives to scale ecosystem enablement.
• Upholding and enhancing implementation standards to maintain brand integrity.
• Empowering partners through training, advisory, and support services to scale delivery capacity and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Supporting sales opportunities as a process expert, guiding customers on best practices, and providing feedback to improve applications.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, presenting Anaplan’s Supply Chain Applications vision, and demonstrating solutions at events.

Key Metrics

• Increase and maintain understanding of applications among Professional Services and Partner Teams.
• Ensure successful application implementation through guidance and advice to implementation teams.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in supply chain planning processes and experience supporting these processes through systems. Broad experience across demand, inventory, production, procurement, etc., is necessary.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-sharing skills, with ability to present, demonstrate, lead workshops, and develop enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of Anaplan’s platform and its application to complex business challenges. Deep technical skills are not required.
• Understanding of product management, GTM operations, and enablement.
• Results-driven with the ability to collaborate across teams and deliver high-impact results.
