A great opportunity for a Graphic Designer - Apparel to join a leading Multi-Channel retailer in the Greater Manchester area. They are looking to expand their Design team during a period of growth.

Job Description

1. Grow and develop the brand's identity through graphic design.
2. Design and develop exclusive graphics for men's, women's, and kids' products across multiple categories.
3. Collaborate closely with the design team to fulfill global briefs.
4. Create high-standard graphic assets for proprietary brand ranges.
5. Produce photographic, AOP, placement, and vector prints.
6. Stay ahead of graphic trends with a global outlook.
7. Design in line with brand DNA, understanding customer profiles.
8. Apply commercial handwriting in designs.
9. Present concepts to the buying team.
10. Brief graphic execution to the product development team through tech and artwork packs.
11. Attend research trips as needed.
12. Ensure compliance with the IP process.
13. Collaborate with marketing to create assets for campaigns and launches.
14. Design in line with critical paths to meet deadlines.
15. Mentor and train members of the design team on graphic skills.

The Successful Applicant

Must demonstrate ability to grow and develop the brand's identity through graphic design, with experience in creating graphics for multiple product categories, collaborating on global briefs, and mentoring team members.
