Job Description

1. Grow and develop the brand's identity through graphic design.
2. Design and develop exclusive graphics for men's, women's, and kids' products across multiple categories.
3. Work closely with the design team to fulfill global briefs.
4. Create high-standard graphic assets for own brand ranges.
5. Produce photographic, AOP, placement, and vector prints.
6. Drive graphic trends with a global outlook.
7. Design in line with brand DNA, understanding customer profiles.
8. Apply commercial handwriting.
9. Present to the buying team.
10. Brief graphic execution to the product development team through tech and artwork packs.
11. Attend research trips.
12. Ensure compliance with the IP process.
13. Collaborate with marketing to create assets for campaigns and launches.
14. Design in line with critical paths to meet deadlines.
15. Mentor and train team members on graphic skills.
