A great opportunity for an Apparel - Graphic Designer to join a leading Multi-Channel retailer in the Greater Manchester area. They are looking to grow their Design team during a period of expansion.

Job Description

1. Growing and developing the brand's identity through graphic design
2. Designing and developing exclusive graphics for men's, women's, and kids' products across multiple categories
3. Collaborating closely with the design team to fulfill global briefs
4. Creating high-quality graphic assets for own brand ranges
5. Producing photographic, AOP, placement, and vector prints
6. Driving graphic trends with a global outlook
7. Designing in line with brand DNA, understanding customer profiles
8. Applying commercial handwriting in designs
9. Presenting concepts to the buying team
10. Briefing graphic execution to the product development team via tech and artwork packs
11. Attending research trips
12. Ensuring compliance with the IP process
13. Collaborating with marketing to create campaign assets
14. Managing design deadlines in line with critical paths
15. Mentoring and training team members on graphic skills
