Job summary

Creditsafe is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the Connect API strategy and roadmap. You will own prioritisation decisions, partnering with the API Architect and cross-functional teams to deliver API-first solutions that meet evolving customer needs, including AI-enabled consumption and governance.

• Experience delivering REST APIs and roadmaps
• Strong communication adaptable to audiences
• Experience migrating customers from legacy APIs

Responsibilities

• Champion the customer perspective and gather feedback for API decisions
• Own and prioritise the product roadmap to maximise value and reduce friction
• Partner with API Architect to align development with market needs
• Manage the backlog and translate requirements into user stories
• Collaborate across product, engineering, sales and leadership to align priorities
• Ensure releases deliver customer value with go-to-market support
• Develop deep domain expertise and share knowledge
• Work with marketing to create GTM collateral and enablement materials
• Drive API-first thinking across the product portfolio
• Own API lifecycle management including versioning and deprecation
• Oversee exposure of product capabilities through the API surface
