Job summary

Xapien is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the data surface of its AI-driven due diligence platform. You will guide API design, data integration strategies, and developer-facing capabilities, working closely with engineers and commercial teams.

You will shape how data sources are ingested, surfaced in reports with sourcing, and embedded into customer workflows, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality products for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product management for B2B SaaS with technical surfaces (APIs, integrations, data platforms).
• Ability to reason about APIs, webhooks, data mapping, authentication and read complex tech docs.
• Hands-on experience with API tooling (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI) and leveraging AI tools like Claude for prototyping.
• Proven track record shipping technical features from concept to delivery with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills; able to define metrics and make evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication to explain constraints to business and translate needs to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own your product area end-to-end: frame problems, validate solutions, ensure on-time releases.
• Lead discovery using customer interviews, usage data and market research; translate insights into strategy.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Solutions, Support and Commercial teams.
• Own product metrics and balance user value with commercial value in decisions.
