Job summary

Copello is seeking a senior Head of Sales & Business Development to own the Asia-Pacific region. You will lead the regional growth strategy, guide a team of sales managers, and ensure revenue delivery with disciplined governance.

Expect close collaboration with engineering, commercial and legal colleagues. The role requires extensive experience in defence or national security markets, with a track record of multi-year growth and success across APAC.

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience in defence or national security.
• Proven track record of leading teams to revenue growth.
• Experience with full sales cycles in APAC.
• Strong CRM and forecasting discipline.
• Ability to engage senior military and government audiences.

Responsibilities

• Setting regional growth strategy and routes to market.
