Job summary

Signant Health is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead a team of Clinical Scientists, ensuring delivery and quality across eCOA, data analytics, and product development. You will report to the Senior Director and shape scientific strategy while mentoring staff and aligning with BD efforts.

This senior role supports APAC and operates from the UK with fluency in Japanese and English; travel up to 25% is expected, and you will help maintain Signant Health's reputation as a scientific

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in science or healthcare; clinical trial research experience preferred.
• Fluency in Japanese and English required (written and spoken); third language preferred.
• Proven ability to teach, mentor, and develop clinical staff at varying levels of seniority.
• Excellent scientific writing and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Clinical Scientists; ensure delivery and quality of services.
• Provide scientific input for eCOA, endpoint strategy, and data analytics.
• Support business development and cross-functional initiatives across clinical products and services.
• Mentor staff and provide career development and performance feedback.
