Job summary

Pico is seeking an Analytics Implementation Engineer to deliver post-sales and professional services for the Corvil product suite in APAC, reporting to the Manager of Corvil Services in London. The role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction across multiple jurisdictions, including EMEA, USA and APAC.

You will lead implementation and configuration efforts, collaborate with sales and product teams, and stay current with industry trends to inform future roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, JIRA, and Confluence is beneficial.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial services trading technologies and related protocols.
• Willingness to travel across geographies including EMEA, USA and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Corvil product implementation and configuration services at client sites or remotely.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and Corvil users within accounts.
• Maintain records of professional services delivered using Jira/Salesforce.
• Collaborate with clients to interpret requirements and design technology solutions.
• Provide feedback to Product Management to influence roadmaps and design considerations.
• Identify opportunities for further integration of Pico products in the client environment.
