Job summary

Corpay is seeking a VP of AI & Data Platforms in London to lead internal AI, data science and data engineering capabilities across Europe and the Rest of World. You will work with senior leaders to define strategy, deliver impactful AI initiatives, and scale adoption across the organisation.

The role drives revenue growth, improves retention, and enhances operational efficiency through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AI, data science, machine learning or data platform teams.
• Track record of delivering data and AI initiatives with clear business impact.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and ML/AI technologies.
• Experience operating in complex, matrixed organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a clear AI & data strategy aligned to business priorities, with a focus on revenue growth, retention, efficiency and productivity.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives from ideation to delivery, adoption and measurable results.
• Oversee data science, ML engineering and data engineering to build scalable data and AI platforms.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Credit, Marketing and Technology to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Lead, inspire and grow a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
