Job summary

Pico Global Ltd. is seeking an Analytics Implementation Engineer to deliver post sales and professional services for the Corvil product suite in the APAC region.

You will work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies and explain complex concepts to customers, reporting to the Manager of Corvil Services in London. You will travel to client sites, perform implementations, and collaborate with sales, account management, product management, and technical support teams to ensure customer success and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or appropriate industry experience.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, JIRA, and Confluence beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of Corvil product implementation and configuration services in person at customer sites, via remote access and during screenshare meetings.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and Corvil product users within accounts.
• Maintain record of professional services delivered using Jira / Salesforce, etc.
• Interpret technology requirements and design, recommend, and document solutions.
• Develop understanding of financial technology solution providers and competitive landscape.
• Provide feedback to Product Management to influence roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities for further integration of Pico products.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of the company’s products with focus on Corvil.
• Develop knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
