Job summary

The role offers a permanent position with 5 days onsite, a salary of £24,500–£26,000 dependent on experience, and opportunities to learn and develop within the accounts payable function.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Assist in preparing payment runs and managing payment schedules.
• Liaise with suppliers to address invoice or payment queries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounts payable team.
