The Senior Accounts Payable will;

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage payment runs and ensure all payments are correctly allocated.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Handle supplier queries and liaise with relevant teams to resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation.
• Work closely with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency.

Profile

A successful Senior Accounts Payable should have:

• AAT qualification or studying towards
