Cobalt Recruitment are assisting a London-based workspace and property group to appoint an Accounts Payable Manager on a maternity-cover fixed-term contract for 12 months. Qualifikationen

• Ideal candidate has extensive AP experience in a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated people management and coaching abilities.
• Experience with SAP within AP processes and strong Excel analytics.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coach a seven-person Accounts Payable team across multiple sites.
• Oversee invoice processing, supplier payments and reconciliations.
• Improve processes, controls and automation within AP function.
• Manage complex purchase order environment and system usage.
• Support month-end activities including accruals and cash flow reporting.
