Job summary

Forvis Mazars UK offers an Accounts & Outsourcing Services (AOS) Rotational Programme designed to develop you from day one. You will work across multiple AOS teams, gaining hands-on experience with fast-growing and international clients while pursuing ACA qualification.

You’ll rotate across tasks using technology, automation and AI tools, delivering insights and improvements to client finance functions. The programme includes study leave and mentoring to support your growth.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• Achieved a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or other recognised Level 3 qualifications.
• Achieved or predicted a 2:1 degree classification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Rotations across different AOS teams with a variety of clients, industries and projects.
• Support finance functions using technology, automation and AI tools.
• Provide clients with insightful management information for key business decisions.
• Produce financial statements and project manage client audit processes.
• Collaborate with international clients and global teams on coordination activities.
• Develop sector knowledge in financial services and healthcare.
• Assist with advisory projects to improve finance functions and processes.
