Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK offers the AOS Rotational Programme, providing hands-on experience across finance teams while working toward the ACA qualification. You’ll rotate across fast‑growing businesses to deliver financial information and advisory support, building digital and project management skills for a future leadership path.

You will gain client exposure, work with global teams, and learn how AI tools are transforming finance functions, helping organisations operate more effectively.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent qualifications).
• Achieved or predicted 112 UCAS tariff points from top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or other Level 3 qualifications.
• We will consider exceptional circumstances affecting academic results as part of your application.

Responsibilities

• Support finance functions using the latest technology, automation and AI tools.
• Provide a client with insightful management information to help them make key business decisions.
• Produce financial statements and work with the client to manage their audit process.
• Work with international clients, global teams and colleagues to coordinate actions.
• Develop expertise in sectors such as financial services and healthcare.
• Support delivery of advisory projects with AI-enabled tools to improve processes.
