Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK offers an Accounts & Outsourcing Services (AOS) Rotational Programme for school leavers. You will gain hands-on experience across teams while working toward ICAS qualification, supporting diverse clients from startups to international organisations.

You’ll rotate across AOS teams, learning finance functions, automation and AI tools to deliver insights and improve processes. The programme emphasizes client exposure, digital skills, and early leadership development.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade 4/C (or equivalent qualifications).
• Achieved or predicted a minimum of 112 UCAS tariff points from your top three A Levels, BTECs, Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers, or other recognised Level 3 qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across different AOS teams, working with a variety of clients, industries and projects.
• Support finance functions using the latest technology, automation and AI tools.
• Providing a client with insightful management information to help them make key business decisions.
• Producing financial statements and working alongside the client to project manage their audit process.
• Working with international clients, global teams and Forvis Mazars colleagues, supporting the client with global coordination activities.
