Job summary

Forvis Mazars in the UK is launching its Accounts & Outsourcing Services (AOS) Rotational Programme in Leeds, offering hands-on experience while working toward ACA qualification. You will rotate across AOS teams, learning finance functions and gaining exposure to automation and AI tools to support client work.

You will develop technical and project management skills, build strong client relationships and gain insight into how organisations operate both in the UK and globally.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths & English at Grade 4/C (or equivalent).
• 112 UCAS tariff points from your top three qualifications (A Levels/BTECs/Scottish Highers or other Level 3).

Responsibilities

• Rotate across AOS teams to support client finance functions with technology and AI tools.
• Produce financial statements and assist in managing the client audit process.
• Provide insightful management information to help clients make key business decisions.
• Collaborate with international clients and global teams on coordination activities.
• Develop sector knowledge in financial services and healthcare.
• Support advisory projects using AI-enabled tools to improve processes.
• Analyse financial data to solve business challenges.
• Build relationships with client finance teams to become a trusted part of their function.
