Lincolnshire Police is seeking a proactive Case Investigator Supervisor within the Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) to support investigations and administer the unit’s activities at the Professional Standards Department. You will oversee staff, drive effective use of technology, and ensure high standards of conduct across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior officers, manage ACU investigators, and coordinate administrative processes, training, and welfare.

Mansioni

• Support the Detective Sergeant and Detective Inspector in day-to-day management of the Anti-Corruption Unit.
• Manage and develop ACU Case Investigators, including welfare and performance reviews.
• Lead adoption of new technologies within the ACU with proper training.
• Act as primary contact for administrative enquiries related to the Anti-Corruption Unit.
• Provide procedural guidance on misconduct matters and identify learning opportunities.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
• Assist in coordinating misconduct proceedings and related activities.
• Support ACU Strategic Priorities and Control Strategy.
