Job summary

George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust seeks a fixed-term post to support the Failsafe Sonography Officer across several screening programmes. You will collate data, spot missed screens, maintain audit trails, and prepare teaching materials while working with Cerner and NIPE S4N systems.

The role involves KPI data collection, national reporting, and liaising with professionals in the screening process. A busy office environment and flexible meetings are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good written and verbal communication and customer care.
• Strong organisation, time management and multitasking with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collate and enter accurate, timely screening data into Cerner and NIPE S4N.
• Identify screening coverage and set up failsafe mechanisms to catch missed screens.
• Maintain audit trails and carry out daily audits of all screening data.
• Develop and monitor screening database systems and collect cohort data for KPIs.
