Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at minimum level.
• Experience with NHS data systems and data protection policies.
• Familiar with using Cerner or similar healthcare IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support screening data collation and entry for antenatal and newborn programmes.
• Identify screening coverage and ensure safety of programmes.
• Facilitate failsafe mechanisms to prevent missed screenings, maintaining audit trails.
• Collect cohort data for KPIs and National Screening Committee reports.
• Prepare information for meetings and accompany the screening co-ordinator as needed.
• Undertake clerical duties and assist with annual appraisals.
• Input data accurately into Cerner and NIPE S4N, and distribute meeting minutes.
