Medacs Healthcare is partnering with Operose Health to recruit an Advanced Nurse Practitioner / Advanced Clinical Practitioner for Croydon GP Hubs. This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to deliver high-quality primary care and supports onboarding and compliance.

You should be NMC registered with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status, plus a Minor Injury & Illness qualification and Level 7 MSc Practitioner or ACP accreditation.

Qualifikationen

• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status.
• Minor injury and illness qualification.
• Experience in a primary care setting.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care.

• Provide care from initial history taking through diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, evidence-based clinical decision-making and expert care.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and provide nurse leadership as required.
