Join us and become part of a team that truly makes a difference in the lives of animals and the people who love them. Beaumont Vets are looking for a dedicated Animal Nursing Assistant to join their team.

The role includes:

• Assisting the vets and nurse in caring for our patients including but not limited to:
• Restraining for blood sampling and IV placement
• Restraining for procedures
• Performing Temperatures, Heart rates and Respiration rates.
• Walking and providing TLC to in-patients
• Cleaning and bathing patients as required
• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout the clinic
• Assisting with reception duties and administration
• Experience with animals is essential for this role, the successful candidate will be confident handling a variety of species.

About the rota and salary:

The position is a full time Monday-Friday role working 8 hours per day plus a share in the Saturdays mornings rota from 8:30 am – 1 pm (no Sundays or bank holidays!).
