Job Title: Customer Care Assistant

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of our restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, and creating a welcoming environment. Activities involve making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and toilets, and fostering a warm atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.

Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we seek individuals with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and make them feel valued.
