Job Title: Animal Management Curriculum Administrator

About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a curriculum administrator with experience in education administrative systems and duties, and student support to join our Animal Management team at our York Campus. This 0.6 term time only (42 week, 22.2 hours per week, Mon-Fri. 4.4 hours per day), is a key position to ensure operational excellence and educational quality is maintained within the busy college department.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for overseeing daily operational matters related to curriculum administration and managing student attendance within the department. Sector experience and knowledge of core IT skills and educational administration will be highly beneficial, alongside a strong working knowledge of platforms such as Pro-solutions, Ebis and Pro-monitor.
The successful candidate will manage student course and centre administration, support curriculum staff with compliance and quality assurance, and help drive achievement and progression targets, specifically around attendance and parental engagement. Working alongside the Curriculum Team Leader and Head of Department, the administrative coordinator will ensure the York campus meets the needs of students, employers, and the community, in line with the college’s strategic goals.
A strong understanding of education administration and ability to work well within a team.
