Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Android Engineer to design, develop, and enhance mobile applications used by millions of customers worldwide. The role focuses on building robust features with Kotlin, integrating backend APIs, and delivering clean, testable code in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with designers, product owners, QA, and other developers, contributing to modern Android practices and continuous improvement while supporting both new and legacy codebases.

Qualifications

You will work closely with designers, product owners, QA engineers, and fellow developers in a fast-paced, agile team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and improve mobile application features while applying modern Android development practices. You should be comfortable working through ambiguity, iterating quickly on solutions, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
