Job summary

Stanton House is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead the development and evolution of the enterprise analytics capability. You will own reporting, dashboards and analytical products, ensuring accuracy, scalability and commercial relevance.

You will combine technical leadership with hands-on dashboard development and analytics delivery, while mentoring a high-performing team. A focus on self-service analytics adoption and governance will be key.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience leading analytics within a commercial environment.
• Experience owning and developing enterprise reporting and BI capabilities.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong understanding of data modelling and reporting architectures.
• Experience adopting AI-enabled analytics tools with governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership collaboration.
• Previous people leadership including coaching and performance development.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Data Analysts, managing priorities and delivery.
• Provide hands-on analytical leadership and establish best practices across reporting and dashboard development.
• Own analytics platform governance, access, licensing and capacity planning.
• Drive dashboard design standards, performance tuning and documentation.
• Develop and maintain a self-service analytics framework for broad user adoption.
• Partner with data engineering to ensure trusted data assets underpin analytics delivery.
