This role starts as an IC with a clear path to people management as the team grows in 2027. Ideal candidates bring strong SQL, data modelling, Sigma experience, and a track record turning business questions into reproducible data answers.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modelling experience in BI/data warehouse context.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leads to turn a stated problem into a clear, defined, reproducible metric.
• Own the data modelling and transformation layer, build and maintain the BI/reporting layer as the single source of truth.
• Write SQL and build data models hands-on, collaborating with the data engineering team on the warehouse.
• Maintain data quality and prevent data issues that undermine reporting trust.
• Define thresholds for real trends/anomalies and proactively flag stakeholders.
• Grow into managing a small analytics team as the function scales.
