Mirakl is seeking a Business Analyst Intern in London for a six-month, full-time internship starting January 2027. You will join the B2C Customer Success team (EMEA North) and work with mentors to guide clients through implementation, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.

You will analyse data, create client-ready materials in English, conduct market research, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to strengthen Mirakl's leadership in the marketplace.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Eligible for an internship in London
• A genuine interest in or first experience within the e-commerce industry
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Creative problem-solver, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Analyse marketplace performance: identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations
• Develop client materials in English to help clients understand performance and opportunities
• Conduct market research to surface competitive insights and trends
• Drive cross-functional projects with international teams
