Amazon UK Services Ltd. - A10 is offering a Business Analytics internship in Manchester and London. You will partner with global teams to analyze data, build dashboards, and craft business recommendations.

The program emphasizes learning through mentorship, exposure to marketplace-scale data, and hands-on projects that impact customers and operations. Eligible students are in their penultimate/final year in related fields; strong English, Excel, and SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1)
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA)
• SQL knowledge
• Penultimate or final year in relevant bachelor’s or master’s program

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple teams across geographies, building collaborative relationships.
• Lead data analysis projects with guidance from mentors and turn insights into recommendations.
• Identify and propose process improvements for efficiency.
• Lead root cause analyses for assigned projects and propose solutions.
• Support development of business cases for new programs.
• Maintain and improve performance metrics dashboards and learn visualization techniques.
• Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
