Job summary

Lendable is seeking an Analytics Engineer for the UK Cards team in London, on a hybrid basis. You will build and optimize data models that support lending decisions, pricing, and investor reporting, while collaborating with analysts and product teams to ensure data reliability and scalability.

You'll shape the analytics foundation, improve data quality, and drive efficient transformations using modern tools like dbt, Snowflake, and Fivetran.

Qualifications

• Strong DBT and SQL fundamentals.
• Solid data modelling skills for reliable analytics datasets.
• Experience with ELT pipelines and transformation at scale.
• Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse.
• Collaborative cross-functional teamwork with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve data models for lending decisions, pricing, portfolio analysis, and investor reporting.
• Champion analytics engineering standards and culture.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into robust pipelines.
• Triage issues affecting analytics pipelines and improve reliability and cost.
