British Business Bank plc is seeking an Associate Director for Analytics and Automation to lead and scale data intelligence capabilities. You will own the AI and data automation strategy, guide a team of 5–6 engineers and SMEs, and shape enterprise-wide automation standards.

You will mentor analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive impactful, insight-driven solutions across the organisation while supporting Fabric migration planning and a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

• Owns AI and data automation strategy for Data Intelligence and Analytics function.
• Leads team of 5-6 engineers and analytics SMEs.
• Shapes agentic and automation standards across the AD/D community.
• Mentors analysts and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver insight-driven solutions.
• Supports Fabric migration plans and operating high-performance team culture.
