Job summary

Eurofins is seeking an Analytical Chemical Process Development Scientist in the UK to perform analysis of raw materials, drug substances, and finished products, delivering accurate results within agreed timelines.

The role is full-time (35 hours/week, Mon-Fri) with the flexibility to work between 7am and 7pm. The candidate will train junior staff and support audits while ensuring documentation meets quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing routine and non-routine analyses using traditional and modern analytical methods.
• Ability to review data for GMP compliance.
• Experience in QC testing and completing reports in line with procedures.
• Willingness to train and coach junior staff in analytical techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine analyses using traditional and modern analytical techniques as required by Lead Analyst or client.
• Review analytical data for GMP compliance.
• Perform QC samples following customer procedures.
• Address and support audit findings.
• Initiate and follow up on OOS results per procedures.
• Participate in report preparation and data documentation.
• Track productivity using metrics and report to stakeholders.
• Present performance metrics in meetings with the customer.
