Job summary

Eurofins Scientific in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated professional to support the operation and development of the Chemistry department. You will perform chemistry testing, verify methods, and contribute to method transfer, validation and development.

The role involves technical and data review, client communications, handling quality issues, CAPA, change controls, and leading investigations. You will deputise for leadership, support inspections, and manage UK ComLIMS and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience with chemistry testing and QC processes.
• Knowledge of method verification, transfer, validation and development.
• Familiar with CAPA processes and quality risk assessments.
• Experience working with laboratory information management systems (ComLIMS).

Responsibilities

• Perform chemistry testing and data review to ensure quality.
• Lead method verification, transfer, validation and development activities.
• Conduct technical and data reviews, including batch audits and peer reviews.
• Manage client communications, meetings and inter-company activities.
• Support resolution of quality issues and write/Review exceptions.
• Lead root cause analyses and quality risk assessments; coordinate CAPA.
• Support change controls and equipment calibration/maintenance.
• Write and review procedures, protocols and reports; deputise for leadership.
• Support self-inspections; manage UK ComLIMS (CLO, CLQ, CLPA).
• Assist with client audits and regulatory inspections; propose improvements.
