Your Role

In the role of Analyst Programmer, you will design and develop components of the financial systems Acon, which operate in over 100 countries worldwide. You will also need to ensure the quality and performance of the deliverables meet high standards.

Your Responsibilities

1. Write quality software code for Rich Client, Web, and Mobile platforms, with knowledge in Java and related technologies.
2. Analyze and resolve technical issues at the program, system, or database level.
3. Conduct testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
4. Provide timely fixes for urgent issues in production to ensure seamless financial IT services.
5. Prepare software packages for global deployment.
6. Conduct peer code reviews to ensure software quality.
7. Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and interfaces.
8. Conduct Proof of Concept when introducing new software technologies.

Your Skills and Experiences

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
2. Experience working with diverse and global teams.
3. Hands-on experience in Java and SQL.
4. Knowledge of Oracle, Hibernate, Spring, MongoDB, Quarkus, or React is advantageous but not mandatory.
5. Preferably familiar with Mobile Programming, Cloud Computing, AI and Machine Learning, and Financial knowledge.
6. Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Fluent in English.
