Your Role

In the role of Analyst Programmer, you will design and develop components of the financial systems Acon, which operates in over 100 countries worldwide. You will also need to ensure the quality and performance of the deliverable products meet high standards.

Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, United Kingdom | Finance & Controlling | Vollzeit | SGI2155216

Your Responsibilities
  • Write quality software code for Rich Client, Web, and Mobile platforms, with knowledge in Java and other technologies.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues at the program, system, or database level.
  • Conduct testing to ensure high quality of deliverables.
  • Provide timely fixes for urgent issues in production to ensure seamless financial IT services.
  • Prepare software packages for global deployment.
  • Conduct peer code reviews to ensure software quality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, architecture, and interface/integration diagrams.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept when introducing new software technologies.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a global and diverse team.
  • Hands-on experience in Java and SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle, Hibernate, Spring, MongoDB, Quarkus, or React is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Programming, Cloud Computing, AI and Machine Learning, and Financial/Accounting principles is preferred.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
