Job description

The Global Mobility Analyst is a key team member supporting the execution and delivery of Apollo's Global Mobility strategy. The role requires a solid understanding of the Global Mobility team’s function within a financial services environment. The successful candidate will engage in various projects and workstreams across the Global Mobility program, supporting activities end-to-end and providing direct assistance to the Global Mobility lead from London.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Partner with the Global Mobility lead to support daily core processes.
2. Manage casework throughout the mobility cycle, including move briefings, cost estimates, vendor initiation, documentation, and immigration compliance.
3. Collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners on mobility-related needs.
4. Coordinate with Payroll, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Workplace Solutions teams on mobility activities.
5. Utilize core mobility technology platforms such as Workday, Apollo’s HRIS, and external vendors.
6. Contribute to special projects with innovative, analytical, and creative approaches.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

1. 2-5 years of experience in Global Mobility, in-house, consultancy, or related roles; financial services experience preferred.
2. Undergraduate degree or professional qualification from a top institution.
3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
4. Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and positive attitude.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills; tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations.
6. Strong analytical skills; ability to leverage data for insights and recommendations.
7. Operate with discretion, professionalism, and good judgment.
