Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Services is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), FP&A International to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across EMEA. The role partners with market finance leaders and BUF teams to deliver high-quality FP&A outputs.

The team location is Maidenhead, with a move from Wokingham; 5+ years of finance/FP&A experience is preferred, along with strong Excel and Power BI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Expert-level Excel skills to design and develop financial models and planning templates.
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling and dashboards.
• Strong tech aptitude and ability to learn new tools and AI-enabled solutions.
• 5+ years in finance, FP&A, BUF, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for EMEA markets.
• Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Design and develop financial models and reporting tools to standardise processes.
• Partner with market finance leaders and stakeholders across EMEA.

Senior Financial Analyst (SFA), FP&A International plays a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across EMEA markets. The role partners closely with market finance leaders, BUF teams, and stakeholders across the region to support business needs, respond to ad hoc requests, and help deliver efficient, high-quality FP&A processes and outputs.

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and longâ€'range planning processes for the markets across EMEA region.
• Prepare and analyze financial results, including P&L and Balance Sheet performance, variance analysis, and key performance indicators.
• Design and develop user-friendly financial models, planning templates, reporting tools, and automated solutions that standardise processes, improve data quality, reduce manual effort, and enable scalable ways of working across the EMEA organisation.
• Partner closely with market finance leaders, BUF teams, and stakeholders across EMEA, responding to requests, coordinating activities, and delivering high-quality support across planning, reporting, and operational processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills with a proven ability to design and develop sophisticated financial models, planning templates, and reporting solutions that are highly intuitive and easy-to-use tools a broad range of stakeholders.
• Advanced Power BI skills, including data modelling, dashboard development, and transforming large, complex datasets into meaningful business insights.
• Strong technology aptitude and ability to quickly learn and adopt new digital tools, automation capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and diligence, with a track record of delivering accurate and high-quality work.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, BUF, or related roles.

Preferred

• Experience supporting EMEA region.
• Background in a matrixed, global organization.

• Languages: English required.
• Travel: Up to ~10% international travel within EMEA.
• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred.
