About the role

We are seeking an analyst to join our London office to support the execution of existing M&A deals. The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced professionals with extensive deal records in debt and equity advisory, structured finance, and private equity investments.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking, specifically in M&A with a focus on renewable energy.
• Experience working on acquisitions across the UK/EU.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and creating PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience may have been obtained at a large investment bank, a specialised boutique, or through a principal investor role.
• Good knowledge of the Infrastructure/Energy industry.
