The role involves helping clients to shape, guide, and deliver leading-edge programmes, as well as effecting the delivery of industry change—shaping and delivering transformation programmes alongside improved operations.
You will help our clients identify, map, and improve the customer journey, guide them through complex change roadmaps, and help balance business and technology change to deliver benefits, delight customers, and engage the business. Our focus includes traditional Energy Retail challenges such as billing, CRM, bad debt, optimization, and efficiency.
Central Markets refers to organisations at the heart of the UK energy system, including regulators, central systems providers, industry change programme leaders, and market operators. We also support clients with regulation, change, and central systems. Delivering effective industry change is critical to supporting the energy transition.
We master industry changes alongside digital transformations, with a proven track record of delivering leading-edge change. Our practical approach involves implementing effective processes and systems, deploying and integrating dynamic industry platforms, and managing effective change. Understanding the workings of the energy sector enables us to support our clients through their toughest challenges.
You’ll bring experience in the UK’s Energy Retail and/or Central Markets, with insights, relationships, and experience relevant to the scope.
You will have hands-on experience delivering change, actively solving client challenges alongside leadership.
