Job summary

Schroders Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to join Business Transformation Solutions (BTS), Schroders’ centre of excellence for internal consulting. You will support strategic design and transformation delivery across Public Markets, Private Assets and Wealth Management, working with Executive Committee and leaders to shape high-impact initiatives.

You will guide workstreams, develop business cases, and translate analysis into practical recommendations, with AI-enabled consulting experience

Qualifications

Five to seven years’ consultancy/analyst experience in relevant sectors.
Experience delivering or leading significant project workstreams.
Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes is a plus.
Experience in business case development and impact assessment.
Strong understanding of investment management value chain.

Responsibilities

Lead or support large, complex consulting projects or smaller workstreams.
Design and lead analysis, research and problem-solving activities to develop insights and recommendations.
Develop business cases, impact assessments, transformation roadmaps and delivery plans.
Facilitate workshops and shape strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior teammates and contribute to BTS methodologies.
