Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Power Platform Support Specialist in Cheltenham to provide hands-on assistance for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse. You will log and resolve incidents, help optimize business processes, and support governance and audit requirements.

You will translate complex technical concepts into practical solutions for users and collaborate with stakeholders on system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Understanding of Microsoft-based business solutions, integrations and data structures.
• Experience supporting users and translating technical concepts into simple solutions.
• Knowledge of security, permissions, and data governance principles.

• Experience in insurance operations (desired but not essential)
