Job summary

DGH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Power Platform professional in Cardiff to design, build and enhance Microsoft-based solutions that streamline processes, improve employee experience and strengthen client services.

You will develop and support innovative solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and related Microsoft technologies, working with technical specialists, business stakeholders and delivery teams to shape adoption of low-code and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform including Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Knowledge of governance, security and application lifecycle management (ALM).
• Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and customise Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
• Follow governance, security and ALM best practices across environments.
• Support and improve Microsoft business applications, portals and related platforms.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues and drive long-term platform improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.
• Produce clear technical documentation, user guides and training materials.
• Research emerging Microsoft technologies and contribute to platform roadmaps.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Power Platform professional to develop and support innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Working alongside technical specialists, business stakeholders and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how low-code and AI-powered technologies are adopted across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and customise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
• Develop applications following best practice around governance, security, environments and ALM.
• Support and improve Microsoft business applications, portals and related platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues, driving long-term improvements.

Essential skills and experience:

• Strong experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
